This Month’s Nonprofit Spotlight

Charity of the Month: Miracle League of Franklin County

Each month we highlight a local organization that is making a meaningful difference in our community. This month, we are proud to recognize the Miracle League of Franklin County as our Charity of the Month.

The Miracle League creates opportunities for children and adults with disabilities to experience the joy of playing baseball in a safe, inclusive environment. With a specially designed field and supportive volunteers, every player has the chance to participate fully—hitting the ball, running the bases, and hearing the cheers from the stands. The league is about much more than baseball; it builds confidence, friendships, and a strong sense of belonging for players and their families.

Community support plays a vital role in making this possible. Volunteers, sponsors, and donors help ensure that every player has the opportunity to enjoy the game and be part of a team.
