We’re not just another networking group. RAP is where Franklin County’s professionals, small businesses, and nonprofits come together to grow, connect, and give back.
Our Mission
RAP exists to connect, support, and grow Franklin County’s professional community through networking, education, and giving. Our goal is to make meaningful connections that foster business success and community impact.
Our Story
RAP began as a small group of business owners looking for a place to connect without pressure. No pitches. No fluff. Just real conversations, referrals, and learning.
What started as casual meetups has now become Franklin County’s most welcoming professional group—supporting hundreds of professionals and showcasing dozens of local nonprofits.
Who We Are
RAP is made up of small business owners, nonprofit directors, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and community leaders. We are united by three core values:
Connection
We focus on authentic relationships, not forced referrals.
Education
Monthly training and Morning Mastery sessions help our members grow.
Community Impact
We highlight a nonprofit at every meeting—and give back together.
What Makes RAP Different
No Fees to Join
Community over profit—our meetings are free and open.
No Pressure to Pitch
Just genuine networking and support.
Support for Nonprofits
Every month we spotlight a nonprofit doing great work locally.
